Gallery Cubed is pleased to present Priscilla Fusco: Obelisk, Beetles, Empire — one night only!

Priscilla Fusco’s minimal sculptures play with human ambitions and mythologies, highlighting our awkward place in the natural order. She employs architectural surroundings and movement to further elaborate on a tension between human activity and its environment. Most of her pieces are fabricated from clay, a product that can easily be reduced to dirt. Her work has been exhibited at Tiger Strikes Asteroid, Norte Maar’s Counterpointe series, Underdonk, Ludlow 67, and others. She earned her MFA from Hunter College in 2016, and serves as a temporary curator at the Thomas Hunter Project Space.
